Return & Refund Policy
At Kitchenera, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.
Returns:
We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Customers must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at ecom.devkitchenera@gmail.com with your order details and clear images of the product.
Refunds:
Once your return request is approved and the product is received/verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Important Notes:
• Delivery may take 5–7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
